Event Waiver and Release of Liability

For the Area Code Games Event under PG SEC in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

I, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Area Code Games event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with other participants, falls, injuries from equipment, weather conditions, etc. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, whether known or unknown to me.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release and forever discharge Perfect Game SEC, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have against the Released Parties, arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Area Code Games event, including but not limited to any negligence or other acts or omissions of the Released Parties.

3. Waiver of Claims: I hereby waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against the Released Parties for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage that I may sustain as a result of my participation in the Area Code Games event, even if caused by the negligence or other acts or omissions of the Released Parties.

4. Medical Treatment: I authorize the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment for me if they deem it necessary, and I agree to be responsible for the cost of such treatment.

5. Photographic Release: I grant permission to the Released Parties to use my name, image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Area Code Games event for promotional or other purposes without compensation to me.

6. Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.

7. Severability: If any provision of this waiver and release is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement: This waiver and release constitutes the entire agreement between me and the Released Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

I have carefully read and understand this waiver and release of liability. I am voluntarily signing it with full knowledge of its significance.
